5月12日,寧(ning)夏大學(xue)經濟管理(li)學(xue)院和寧(ning)夏東方惠民小額貸款公司舉行合作共建教學(xue)科研實習基(ji)地簽約儀式(shi),旨(zhi)在農村微型金融理(li)論研究方面取得成效,為寧(ning)夏本(ben)土有公益扶貧性質(zhi)的新型金融企(qi)業(ye)提供(gong)企(qi)管咨詢(xun)顧問(wen)和人才培訓與輸送服務。
近(jin)年(nian)來,自治區金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)局(ju)鼓勵各類金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)機(ji)構與區內(nei)高(gao)校(xiao)聯合(he)辦學(xue)(xue)或共建(jian)實(shi)(shi)習基(ji)地,加(jia)快金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)人才隊伍(wu)建(jian)設。寧(ning)夏大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)經(jing)濟管(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)院辦學(xue)(xue)近(jin)20年(nian),已(yi)成(cheng)為一(yi)所學(xue)(xue)科鮮明、師資雄(xiong)厚的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)院。東方惠民(min)(min)是我區一(yi)級小額貸(dai)款(kuan)公司,處于行業標桿地位,在踐行普(pu)惠金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)、支持“三農(nong)”發展(zhan)上形(xing)成(cheng)特色。此次,自治區金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)局(ju)推(tui)動雙(shuang)(shuang)方本著“優勢互(hu)補(bu)、資源共享、互(hu)惠共贏、共同發展(zhan)”原則,建(jian)立長期緊(jin)密(mi)的(de)(de)(de)合(he)作(zuo)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)。惠民(min)(min)小貸(dai)每年(nian)委(wei)派有實(shi)(shi)戰經(jing)驗(yan)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)管(guan)到寧(ning)大(da)(da)為學(xue)(xue)生講授專業啟蒙實(shi)(shi)踐課等農(nong)村微(wei)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)專業相關(guan)(guan)課程。寧(ning)大(da)(da)經(jing)管(guan)學(xue)(xue)院就農(nong)村微(wei)型(xing)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)理(li)論研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)惠民(min)(min)小貸(dai)“鹽池”模(mo)(mo)式推(tui)廣、推(tui)進農(nong)村數字(zi)化進程等課題作(zuo)為研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)課題與惠民(min)(min)小貸(dai)合(he)作(zuo)研(yan)討。雙(shuang)(shuang)方合(he)作(zuo)成(cheng)立農(nong)村微(wei)型(xing)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)學(xue)(xue)院,開展(zhan)普(pu)惠金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)、微(wei)型(xing)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)、互(hu)聯網(wang)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與教學(xue)(xue),填補(bu)寧(ning)大(da)(da)經(jing)管(guan)學(xue)(xue)院在農(nong)村金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)方面的(de)(de)(de)空白,為農(nong)村金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)提供科研(yan)基(ji)地,同時提升惠民(min)(min)小貸(dai)農(nong)村金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)社(she)會影響力。在條件成(cheng)熟的(de)(de)(de)情況下,雙(shuang)(shuang)方爭取(qu)在學(xue)(xue)生就業與金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)、企管(guan)學(xue)(xue)科發展(zhan)方面達成(cheng)長期合(he)作(zuo)關(guan)(guan)系(xi),進而形(xing)成(cheng)訂(ding)單式培養教學(xue)(xue)模(mo)(mo)式。
